Millennium Opera - Il Tabarro, La Boheme and La Scala di Seta
Puccini's La Boheme and Il Tabarro
This short season of Puccini's Il Tabarro and La Boheme was a really nice way to round off the Millennium Opera year. The main ensemble cast was strong, as usual, and a number of other young singers have been given the opportunity to sing important roles.
I am now looking forward to commencing the Millennium Opera New Year - first working up Rossini's La Scala di Seta
(La Scala di Seta e la terza cinque farse che Rossini scrisse per il Teatro San Moise di Venezia).
